The wellbeing of everyone at Howard Kennedy is important to us. We offer a range of initiatives to support physical, emotional, social and financial wellbeing of our people. Our internal 'Wellbeing Hub' provides a wealth of information to those who need it, alongside regular wellbeing-themed events, and initiatives.

Through our wellbeing strategy, we aim to embed wellbeing into everyday working life, helping foster a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment across the firm. This includes providing clear access to resources and guidance, encouraging open conversations about wellbeing, and supporting managers to create psychologically safe and inclusive teams. 

We take a holistic approach to wellbeing, encompassing physical, emotional, social and financial wellbeing. Our support is delivered through a range of initiatives, resources, policies and guidance designed to support the changing needs of our people across different life stages.
